Cleaning is ok to some extent but I find that the lid is really hard to keep clean and the shiny chrome cover plate over the halogen bulb goes off colour very quickly. In one reveiw someone said about rust which I think is a major problem. I am tempted to buy another but will think carefully first before I do. I think if you use it almost every day then they just burn out

Rayner "Tony" (Swindon, Wiltshire United Kingdom) This review is from: JML Halogen OvenWe purchased 3 of these ovens, One for us, one for our daughter and one for my mum.ours cooked loverly, no problems with the food and easy to clean afterwards, but 10 months later its broken, the heating element had blown by the looks of it, I checked under the heating unit its self and it is totally rusted away, and I mean rusted so bad its falling apart, I have contacted JML direct and they are very polite and helpful and have offered to send a new one to us, but I am wondering if this is a serious design fault????
